For ATM cash withdrawals with UnionPay cards while abroad, follow the stipulations set by relevant state authorities: "Service Center - Overseas Card Using Service - Card Using Notice"; some domestic issuing banks may limit the amount of cash withdrawal per time. Please consult the issuing bank for more details. Some ATMs may set withdrawal limit per time. In this case, multiple cash withdrawals may be performed so long as the accumulative cash withdrawal limit is no more than the daily withdrawal limit.
